The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this website.

Pricing & Availability

All product prices are in sterling (£) including VAT at the current UK rate and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order.

Authenticity.

We guarantee that all advertised products are genuine.

Delivery

Please be advised that residents living outside the UK Mainland will be subject to increased delivery charges.  The consumer will be contacted in these cases to pay the additional fees; orders will not be processed until this payment is received.

Additional Charges:

Scottish Highlands and Islands - £6.50 Surcharge

*Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly - £10.00 Surcharge

*Southern Ireland - £12.00 Surcharge

*Channel Islands - £37.50 Surcharge

* These areas run at a 48 hour delivery service.

Order Payment.

Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Solo, Maestro or Switch through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to purchase.

Returns & Order Cancellation.

We do not sell goods on a sale or return basis. However, if the product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us on 01702 535602 within 3 days of order receipt. When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have up to 7 days to return the ordered products. The goods must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from Premier International. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details for return. Refunds will be made by cheque within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Order Confirmation

You will be sent an e-mail confirming your order with Premier International.
We reserve the right to decline any order.

Security

Personal and credit card details are sent to Paypal using secure Internet Technology. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you order from Premier International.

Statutory Rights

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Jurisdiction

Sales on this web are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and no amendments will be accepted.
